Anna Ehrlemark
Anna Ehrlemark is a multi-talented, displaced, self-made, secular protestant living on the relation Ljubljana, Slovenia – Stockholm, Sweden. She paints and draws with the Croatian comic bandits KOMIKAZE and works as a designer, anti-waitress and organizer in the autonomous cultural center ACC Metelkova mesto in Ljubljana. As of spring 2010 she moved north to the mother tongue and is currently busy working for the Swedish youth press association. After office hours she roams the capital’s streets in animal fur, looking for kicks. She also does some other things, such as collective performance art together with swedish ÖFA-kollektivet, organizing the queer-feminist festival Red Dawns in Ljubljana and studying slavic languages. That’s probably not all.
Anna Ehrlemark wrote an essay about sex in Croatian and Serbian independent comics for the book STRIPOVI/СТРИПОВИ published by Turbo Comix. Her comics have been published in Komikaze, Crack, Stripburger, STRIPOVI/СТРИПОВИ, Zarez, Balcanis, Slovenski klasiki… Exhibited in Croatia, France, Slovenia, Italy, Sweden, and organized as well as participated in many comic workshops across the map.
